  A Registered User is the account holder who uses the translation services provided by AutoLocalise.
• Subscription:
  Users may subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Account Security:
  Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity that occurs under their account.
• Content Control:
  Users have full control over what content they choose to send to AutoLocalise for translation and storage. We only process and store the content that you explicitly submit to our service.

3. Usage Guidelines & Intellectual Property

• Usage:
  You agree to use AutoLocalise solely for its intended purpose of translation services, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or interference with the Service's functionality may result in account termination.
• Intellectual Property:
  All content, design, and technology provided by AutoLocalise are the exclusive property of the Provider. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.
• User Content:
  You retain all rights to the content you submit for translation. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit content for translation.

4. Data Privacy & Security

AutoLocalise collects only the minimum personal information necessary for account creation and to provide the service (e.g., email address, name, company name). We do not collect any additional personal information unless explicitly provided by you.

For translation services, we only process and store the content that you explicitly submit to our service. You have full control over what content is sent to us for translation and storage. We will not collect or access your content without your explicit submission.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

6. Termination & Account Deletion

Account Termination by the User:

• Users may terminate their subscription and account at any time.
• Upon termination, your access to AutoLocalise will be revoked.
• If you wish to permanently delete your account (and all associated data), please contact us at (https://www.AutoLocalise.app/account-deletion) with your request. We will process your deletion request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered and all data associated with your account will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
